Due to the highly specialized nature of our work, we have formed strong alliances with the most qualified and capable designers, suppliers and tradesmen. CSI is committed to seeking out and using small and disadvantaged businesses, when and where appropriate, to insure total contract success.

Project Management Approach

Coffman Specialties approaches every project with a proven, 3-part management plan: Proposal, Design and Construction. This allows us to facilitate projects from design build, CM at Risk and conventional construction contracts. Each phase of the project management plan has its own unique requirements and each is fastidiously controlled and coordinated by our Project Management Team. The end result is a superior project at the lowest cost.

Our project management approach is one of providing strong on-site teams with the leadership and technical resources they need. We form the Project Management Team and follow a proven process of identifying roles and responsibilities.
