Located in San Diego California, Coffman Specialties, Inc. Administrative staff is comprised of Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers, Secretarial Support, and Financial Services personnel. All of our Administrative personnel have extensive experience in public and federal works. With offices in San Diego, California and most recently our office in Phoenix, Arizona we are structured specifically to pursue projects within the Southwest. Our primary managers have worked on numerous highway and airfield projects, including design build and design sequencing works in cold and hot weather climates with operational decision making authority and with a combined experience. They have performed work on CONTACTS valued in excess of five hundred (500) million dollars. Our entire project management staff has first hand experience in managing and coordinating large, complex governmental construction projects. Our senior project managers all have over twenty (20) years experience on medium-large governmental construction projects. Additionally, each of our managers has been actively involved in the partnering process, which our firm considers to be an excellent communication tool and one of our top priorities.
